The club meets on the last Tuesday of the month (except for the months of June and December).  There is no meeting in December.

Reservations:

Many of our meetings require reservations for dinner.  Please check the newsletter to determine if reservations are required and what time they are needed.

They can be made online --or-- by calling Marv Grossman - W8AZO.

If there is no answer, please leave a message that includes your name, call sign (if you have one), phone number, number attending in your party, and their dinner selection(s) (see the latest newsletter for selections).

Regular meeting location:

Dinner is served at 6:30 PM local time.  The meeting begins at 7:30 PM with the presentation to follow soon after.  Reservations are required and needed if you plan on having dinner.  The regular meeting location is:

Dimitri's closed in January of 2012.  We are in the process of looking for a new meeting location.  Check the latest edition of the newsletter for current meeting location and to contact the Dinner Location committee with suggestions.

June (Field Day):

Field Day is always the 4th full weekend in June.  Our June meeting takes place at the Field Day site on Saturday.  See the Field Day information page.  We do not meet at Dimitri's in June.

July Picnic:

The club has a picnic to enjoy time outside and the nice weather with our families.  The picnic date is still the last Tuesday of the month in July.  We do not meet at Dimitri's in July.  Reservations are required to have dinner.  The picnic location often changes.

October:

The Annual Meeting takes place in October.  At this meeting the ballots are counted for the Board of Trustee's election.  There is usually no program scheduled for this meeting.  The meeting is held at Dimitri's.

November:

Our November meeting is a Holiday Social gathering.  This gathering is a time to share with your YL or significant other, families, and fellow hams.  No business meeting or presentation takes place but a game of BINGO with prizes will be played.  The Holiday Social is still the last Tuesday of the month in November.  Dinner is served at 6:30 PM.  The location is the same as the regular meeting.  Reservations are required to have dinner.

December:

There is no meeting in December.  Enjoy the holidays!
