Field Day is the weekend of June 25 & 26, 2011. Our Field Day location is: Cleveland Lakefront State Park Take I-90 east or west to the Martin Luther King Blvd exit (exit 177) head north towards the lake. Follow MLK past the freeway ramps (be careful; the ramps have the right-of-way) around to the right. There will be a sign on the left identifying the area as Cleveland Lakefront State Park. The driveway will be on your left. Look for the site to the left/west of the parking lots, west of the Ranger Station. |
Guests are welcome to come to learn how ham radio works using the "Get On The Air" station. Rigs will include CW, HF, and FM.
Please note that this site is an Ohio State Park and our use during Field Day is not exclusive. So keep this in mind regarding language, noise, and trash. Please be considerate!

Itinerary:
All times Eastern and tentative.
Saturday:
9 AM - Setup.
2 PM - Field Day operations begins.
6 PM - Club meeting. Food will be served before and during the meeting.
Sunday:
2 PM - Field Day operations concludes.
Talk-in Repeater:
If you need help or directions finding our Field Day location, call out on the .88 repeater and someone at the site will help you out. It requires a PL of 110.9 Hz.
